15th edition of the « Leadership Academy : This year we have decided to organize a more ambitious training weekend with trainers coming from diferent regions of Belgium and abroad.

Training objectives
The Leadership Academy participants will learn different technics and attitudes to better be prepared to:

    * develop a vision and a strategy for their company
    * get used to business plan preparation
    * use their leadership talent ang get recognize as a leader
    * better understand human aspect in a team and be able to adapt himself.

Who should attend this training course?
The Leadership Academy is an ideal training for young people who has already some leadership experience and willing go a step ahead. The Leadership Academy will give the chance to all participants to better understand their Leadership style and make the best use of it in a team.

Language:
In order to allow the maximum number of people to attend this training course, we will organise a French an an English speaking module.

Place:
We have decide to accomode you for this high end training course in a prestigious location to offer all comfort and facilites to the participants. You will never forget it !

Level of participants:
Due to the level of the tranining course, it is mandatory that the participants have already an exprerience in a management function and have good presentation skills.

Number of participants:
To offer you a high level traning course, each group will be limited to 14 participants.

We ask you to fill in the admission form and to send it back before the 15th of december 2008. The priority will be given to the first applications.
